Shipping policy

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Charette Cosmetics offers standard shipping on all merchandise orders. Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days and delivered within approximately 4–7 business days after shipment.

Standard shipping is $12.99 on all orders, excluding taxes. No promotional code is required.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of Charette Cosmetics’ control.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Washington’s Birthday (Presidents Day)

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth National Independence Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Holiday schedules and carrier delays may extend normal processing and delivery times.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding or freight forwarding service, your order is shipped at your own risk. Charette Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage, defect, loss, theft, or delay that occurs after the package has been delivered to the forwarding company.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items reported as missing or damaged after delivery to a parcel forwarding service.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. If international shipping is not available through our website, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Additional shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international orders may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship items from a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship merchandise to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your shipment details, tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier’s tracking page.

Most orders are shipped within 3–4 business days after the order is placed. Please allow additional time for delivery once your order has shipped.
